Clear the Area: Before treatment, you dont have to go crazy but please clear loose items items from floors where possible, items can be temporarily moved onto beds or the couch, in the kitchen remove utensils and open foods from countertops you could put in fridge while treatment is being done, Outside remove toys, and pet supplies from around the external walls. A clean area allows our technicians to apply the treatment effectively, our technician can also help you with this prior to treatment. It's always best to mop floors before treatment if possible.
Everything we use if very safe but please Inform Us of Any Vulnerabilities: Let us know if anyone in your household has allergies, respiratory issues, or other sensitivities. We can recommend the best approach tailored to your situation. If your at all concerned you could pop out while the treatment is done it all will be dry shortly after the treatment so you can saftley return, but if you want to be there our technician will guide you through safetly
Pets: We recommend relocating pets to a safe area of the home during treatment this maybe inside while the external treatment is being done then outside while the inside is being done, please move pest food and water bowls away from treatment areas and any pet toys. For fish please cover the tanks and turn pumps off.
Access Points: Ensure that our technicians have access to all areas of your home that may require treatment, including subfloor, roof spaces, garages, sheds and unlock gates so technicians can access all sides of building.
Ventilation: If possible, open windows and doors after the treatment to ensure good ventilation and to speed up the treatments drying process.
Follow Our Guidelines: After treatment, we will provide you with a service report outlining areas treated, chemicals used, amounts and strengths
